Refund Policy

Camping

We do not give any refunds on camping bookings. If you wish to cancel your booking, please telephone us and confirm in writing. We can with prior notice (at least 7 days) move your booking to a new date or issue you a credit to re book via our booking system. All amendments or credits have to be used within 12 months of the original booking date.

We do not accept cancellations due to bad weather as this is out of our control.

We do advise that you take out an appropriate holiday insurance policy.
