Our suite accommodation, otherwise known as Farm 1 is part of Planwydd, a large detached farmhouse, set within 25 acres leading to Cwellyn Lake, approximately
half a mile from Cwellyn Arms (10 – 15 walk).

Planwydd overlooks Cwellyn Lake and has spectacular uninterrupted views towards Mount Snowdon and Mynydd Mawr with various forestry walks on its doorstep.

The Farmhouse is double-glazed and fully centrally heated.

Heat, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and emergency lighting are installed.

Gas and electricity are provided.

All bed linen is provided with basic towels.

The suite accomodation consists of an en-suite bedroom (double or twin) with whirlpool type bath and seperate shower room.

There is a large lounge with television and a double sofa bed and single chair bed.

Tea and coffee making facilities are provided.

Breakfast, or evening meals, can be served at Cwellyn Arms with prior notice.

We do advise to book as priority is given to residents and bookings.
