As the winter turns to spring and summer, why
not soak up the sun in our beer garden, where, weather permitting,
we hold an evening barbecue by 'The Excalibur' waterfall. Spoil
yourself with local lamb-burgers, lamb chops, hot dogs, burgers,
jacket potatoes, beans and even mushy peas (and much, much more).
Why not eat at our food bar and enjoy our
wide and varied food menu. Sample our home-made soups, pies, salads,
or sweets.

|
Specialised salads range from roast beef in garlic
to home-made chicken liver pate. The chargrilled steaks come highly
recommended, served plain, with garlic butter, or selected sauces.
All main courses are accompanied by a choice of
real chips, jacket or new potatoes or home home-made salad of the
day.
We don't forget the children either - they have
a menu all of their own.

Sweets and puddings are proudly and appetisingly
displayed. Throw your waist-line worries away and tuck into such
home-made delights as fruit cheesecake, traditional bread and butter
pudding, apple pie, apple and blackberry pie, pineapple and lemon
meringue and summer pudding (to name but a few). All served with
a choice of fresh cream, ice-cream or custard.
