We now have three bunkhouses, which can accommodate different size of groups, all are within the vicinity of our farmhouse and campsite which are approx ½ mile from Cwellyn Arms (10-15 minutes walk).

They overlook Cwellyn Lake with spectacular uninterrupted views of Mt. Snowdon and Mynydd Mawr with various forestry walks on their doorstep’s.

All bunkhouses are fully central heated with heat, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and emergency lighting installed. Gas and electricity are included.

Please bring your own sleeping bag. There is a strict no music policy on site.


The Loft
This is our medium size bunkhouse which is open plan with eight mattresses, mattressed decked, fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a table and chairs for dining. All cutlery and crockery is provided.

There is also separate power shower and toilet.

Sole use can be arranged with a minimum of four persons.

Bwythyn Bach
This is a small detached bunkhouse with 2/3 bunkbeds, it is ideal for two people. It has a shower and toilet, a small baby belling with hob and oven/grill, for basic cooking requirements, small fridge, kettle and sink.

It also has a wood burning stove.

Big Bunkhouse
This bunkhouse is a completely refurbished and extended old stone barn.

The main sleeping area has six sets of bunkbeds (sleeps 12) with two loft areas which are accessed via ladders. The loft areas are mattress decked, one with 6 mattresses and the other with 4 mattresses. The loft areas are not suitable for children.

The communal room has a 12ft picnic bench for dining and eight wall beds.

There are two prep kitchens and a full commercial kitchen with a six burner hob and large oven, large fridge, large freezer, microwave, toaster and kettles. All cutlery and crockery are provided.

There is also a laundry room with a commercial washing machine and two commercial dryers.

There are two power showers and two toilets, a disabled room with two power showers and toilet and a further room with power shower and toilet.

Sole use can be arranged with a minimum of 15 people.
